My specialized training includes EMDR Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, TRIP Therapy, Grief Recovery Method, Introductory Hakomi, and the PET-C method for couples.
Counseling modalities I work within include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, EMDR Therapy and integrated aspects of other therapy models to suit a client’s unique and personal needs.
I offer support in areas such as anxiety, adjustment, moral injury, trauma, loss and grief, depression, self-esteem, relational & couples concerns, adoption, and spiritual support.
I enjoy working with tweens, adolescents, young adults, adults, senior adults, families, front line workers, first responders, and groups.
